Bussmann Branch Circuit Fuses Overview
BeiLuo supplies genuine Bussmann branch circuit fuses, the fuses that protect the wiring and the equipment in an electrical distribution system. A branch circuit fuse must open on an overload and on a short circuit, coordinate with the upstream device so only the faulted circuit is lost, and do so at the voltage of the system, whether that is a 600 V industrial panel or a 250 V control circuit. Bussmann Low-Peak fuses combine a fast short-circuit characteristic with time delay and current limitation in one part, so they tolerate a motor inrush without opening yet still limit the fault energy, and they are available in every major class. The LP-CC Class CC series is a compact rejection-type time-delay fuse for control circuits and small motors, up to 30 A at 600 V. The LPJ series is a Class J time-delay fuse for general branch protection at 600 V and up to 600 A, and the Class RK1 and RK5 lines cover the older panelboards that use the RK holder. A branch circuit fuse is selected by class, voltage, amp rating and interrupting rating, and it must coordinate with the upstream device to preserve selectivity. These fuses are used in industrial control panels, machine tools, HVAC equipment, motor control centres and building distribution. BeiLuo holds mainstream Bussmann ratings in stock and ships every fuse with an import declaration, a certificate of origin and a RoHS file, and our FAE team helps with class selection and selectivity studies.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose a fuse class?
Start from the holder and the voltage in the panel, then choose the class that fits: Class CC for control and small motors, Class J for general branch protection, and Class RK1 or RK5 to fit an existing RK holder. The class also sets the interrupting rating and the physical size.
Match the fuse to the holder before ordering.
What does time delay do?
Time delay lets the fuse ride through a motor inrush or a transformer magnetising current without opening, so it does not nuisance-trip on a normal start. It still clears a short circuit fast, with current limitation, so a single part covers both overload and fault.
Choose time delay for any circuit with inrush.
How do I keep selectivity?
Selectivity means only the fuse nearest the fault opens. Compare the time-current curves of the branch fuse and the upstream device so the branch fuse clears first across the fault range, including the overload region where curves can cross.
Our FAE team can run a selectivity check.
Can BeiLuo supply fuses and holders together?
Yes. We stock mainstream Bussmann branch fuses and the matching holders and blocks, so a panel can be built from one authorized channel with coordinated ratings and one import documentation set.
